Empowering?

Yes! What could be more empowering than 100% commissions? I suppose if you look hard enough you could find a couple of things, but really, 100% commissions? Who on earth would do that?

The Empower Network would (and does) do that! This unique concept, launched just a few months ago, is sweeping the internet. Newbies and seasoned veterans alike are earning money unlike anything they have done in the past. I’m especially interested in the fact that newbies are earning, because I love working with new people! I love working with new people because they tend to get more excited about earning real money online than those who’ve been doing it for a while. Besides, most “newbies” need to make some real money, or they wouldn’t be looking through so many ways online to do it. I’ve “been there, done that” as the saying goes.

Two guys named Dave have done an incredible job with this system. The training is first-rate, and if you’ve ever wanted to learn how to earn real money online, you must check out this information. Just visit the Empower Network, enter your valid email address, and get instant access to all of the details with absolutely no obligation. I’m telling you, you don’t want to miss out on this if you’re serious about earning online. It just doesn’t get any better than 100% commissions!

The Problem With SSI

Too many people are relying on SSI these days to pay their bills. Far too many. In fact, I would guess that most people are. Many of the people I know like to think that focusing on SSI will guarantee their financial future; looking at other options is too much of a distraction. Ok, tell me that when your SSI is no longer around to support your needs.

What? Why am I talking about Social Security, or more specifically, Supplemental Security Income? I’m not! Most of us in the “baby boomers” category or younger feel pretty confident that Social Security will either not be around when its “our turn”, or our share will be so small that it won’t be of much use to us. No, the SSI I’m speaking of is not related to Social Security, or any other government program for that matter. The SSI I’m speaking of is Single-Streamed Income. Read the rest of this entry

The Matrix

I loved the trilogy starring Keanu Reeves (it was a trilogy, wasn’t it? Or was there a 4th movie?). You know, The Matrix. The only problem I have with it is that I will never make a dime from it. Until recently, I felt the same way about online matrixes, business opportunities or work from home businesses. I say until recently because I never personally got involved in any until just a couple of months ago when a networking friend of mine from years past introduced me to one. Being “underemployed” and looking for supplemental income, and given that Kelly has been tremendously successful at quite a few different online programs, plus the fact that this one required only a one-time investment with no monthly costs after that, I decided to give it a try. I quickly made my money back, and was in profit mode shortly thereafter. That program is known as the 911 Gas Card program, and you can read more about it in my earlier posts, Gas Wars and Gas Wars 2. The bottom line is it changed my mind about the profitability of matrix programs for the average person. Read the rest of this entry

Want a quick $20?

Ok. I’ll admit this one is a little bit off the usual course for this blog. It has nothing to do with network marketing, online marketing or even working from home. But it does work, and it’s a quick $20 with no investment at all! This is referral marketing at the core. Just like my bank, which offers $25 to current customers who refer new customers to them when they open an account, NetSpend is offering $20 to its current customers when they refer a new customer to them.

Here’s how it works: Customers refer others to NetSpend by sending them to a special site (you can see mine by clicking the image above or by going to www.mynetspendcard.com?uref=6037989456). Once there, the new customer orders a free prepaid Visa or MasterCard. Once they receive their new card a few days later, they simply load a minimum of $40 on the card through any one of several different methods available, and NetSpend adds $20 to their card and $20 to the card of the person who referred them. It’s that simple! And there is no limit to the number of people you can refer to NetSpend. So what are you waiting for? Order your card now, then start referring others and get a quick $20 per person!

All my best,

What About Tools?

No profession is without its tools. None. The athlete must have his golf clubs, bowling ball, baseball, basketball, football – you get my point. The dentist must have his picks, mirrors, drills, needles – ouch! The teacher needs a chalkboard and chalk, or whiteboard and markers, books, etc. The salesman needs a day planner, cell phone, laptop – the list goes on. If you are a network marketer, you also need some tools. To become a successful online marketer, you must have a website, capture page, and autoresponder, at the minimum. Assuming you are already working with a reputable company, it has probably provided you with a company-replicated website at either no cost or a small monthly fee. Of course, everybody else in your company has one of them too, so you need to distinguish yourself from them.

Introducing STIFORP! Not only does this company offer the tools needed by every company out there, it offers an opportunity in and of itself that rewards its users pretty handsomely. Even without actively referring anyone to the company, Stiforp will pay you up to $2047.50 per month. Here is a list of tools provided: Read the rest of this entry

Summer Fun

With nearly 55 million people in the United States falling into the “underemployed” category, many are finding creative ways to enjoy their “off” time.  There are some free options, going to a local park and walking (or if the weather is just too hot, going to a local mall and mall-walking), going to the public library (there’s a thought for you), or watching (or participating in) local baseball or softball games. None of these are exactly vacations, but they are, for the most part, still fun, and the price is right.

Interestingly enough, there are some who take “mini vacations” and pay for them with gift cards that they have received from various sources, like rebates or gifts. A one-day outing to the beach might be a good example. Pack a picnic lunch with food purchased with a gift card, put some gas in your car purchased with a gift card, and hit the road! A mini vacation doesn’t have to be fancy – it just needs to be a get-away, either alone or with family or friends. Staying home broke does a person no good at all. Get out and do something!

Mom                    Me

Here’s an idea. What if you could get your gas for free, drive to the beach and tell some other people how to do it too, and deduct a portion of your “mini-vacation” from your taxes? Could you get to the beach more often? Would you? There are a lot of people doing just that, including myself, and I can show you how to do just that. Being unemployed or underemployed doesn’t need to be imprisoning as well. For things to change, you have to change! Visit my website and follow the instructions there. You will find a solution to your financial troubles if you look for it. Success comes through adversity!

Unemployed or Underemployed?

In the late fall of 2008, I found myself unemployed after spending nearly 25 years with the same company. This was at the beginning of the failing job market, and in January of the following year I hit the big “5-0″. Over the course of the next three years I discovered that being 50 or over was not a particularly good age to be when seeking a new job.

I thought I’d be ok with the 26-week severance package I received. I had some pokers in the fire, and was sure I’d be able to find employment somewhere. I didn’t realize that companies just were not hiring, and to this day I consider my age a detriment to the job-seeking endeavors. But I digress. Once the severance package ran out, I applied for, and received, unemployment compensation. I had to put up with the ignorant comments of those who still had jobs. You know, the “why don’t you get a job and quit living off the government” mentalities. At that point, my income dropped by about half.

I searched diligently for a full-time job throughout the period that I received unemployment benefits with no success, even though I did interview for a few. When that source of income disappeared, I withdrew my 401K, which by this time was more of a 201K, and lived on it for about nine months. Just about the time it ran out, I finally landed a part-time job, making under $8.00 per hour. Great. My income now dropped to about one-third of what I was accustomed to. KISS

The KISS principle – Keep It Simple Stupid! Whether you are unemployed and looking for full-time income or working for someone else and looking for supplemental income (or looking for a way out of the rat race), or even if you are working for yourself and looking for an additional stream of income, it is absolutely necessary that you find a way to leverage your time by finding something profitable, yet simple enough to duplicate. Tens of thousands of people are turning to the internet every day hoping to find a way out of their current financial situation. Through successful online marketing, you can help them do just that if you offer them a real solution.

There are tens of thousands of business opportunities out there, and most of them promise unrealistic results. It is important to understand that, in order to be successful, you will need to put forth some effort (work) yourself, regardless of the opportunity. You also need to know that there will almost always be some kind of investment involved, although there are a few “free” programs out there. Of course, of those that are “free”, your earnings potential is usually very limited. Some “free” programs offer increased earnings potential by offering “upgrades”, which, simply put, means investing something (which means not “free”). That in itself complicates the issue when it comes to “free” programs, and our intent here is to “keep it simple, stupid”. So let’s rule out the free programs for now. Read the rest of this entry

WOM

WOM, or Word of Mouth advertising. We do it all the time. Have you ever watched a movie that was so great you couldn’t wait to tell your friends about it? Wouldn’t it be great if the theater you went to actually paid you when your friends went and watched that movie because you suggested they go? I don’t know of any that do, but because word of mouth advertising is so powerful, many companies are doing just that!

Banks are giving away visa gift cards to customers who refer their friends who open a new account. Satellite TV providers offer a credit to customers who send their friends to them (after those friends make a purchase). Cellphone companies are doing the same thing.

Let’s examine this a bit more. What if you sent a couple of your friends to your favorite restaurant and they liked the food and service so well they each sent a couple of their friends? Sure, it happens all the time. We love to tell our friends about great products and services! But what if that restaurant then sent you a visa gift card for a free dinner? A lot of place offer a “club card” where you buy 10 meals and the next one’s free, or something similar. But in this case, you bought only one meal, told a couple of friends who each told a couple of friends, and the restaurant sent you a gift card for a free meal, essentially making it a “buy one, get one free” deal. That’s much better than buy 10 and get one free! Read the rest of this entry

Gas Wars 2

I suppose it’s time for an update to my earlier post about 911 Gas Card, especially since I received my first gas card nearly a week ago! This business is booming, and is growing exponentially. It is a world-wide opportunity with only about 1500 reps at this time. In my last post, I shared the success of the person who invited me to take a look at 911 Gas Card. Now, after just two weeks, I qualified for the first time myself, and completely from spillover!

Now, I can’t guarantee that you will see the same results as I have, or the results of anyone else. I am simply sharing what happened to me. While it is possible to achieve the same results, the way “spillover” happens introduces a certain element of luck that cannot be exactly duplicated. However, those who are actively involved in promoting the business are experiencing success, so I recommend not relying on the luck factor. Read the rest of this entry
